BCC committee meeting for Families in A-Z Color

On June 15, 2023, the next meeting of the "BCC for Families" committee was held at the headquarters of A-Z Color.

"BCC for Families" is an initiative that grew out of the needs of the economy created by the last decades of free enterprise. The achievements of the BCC and its members, built on the basis of mutual support, taking a common direction in building the Polish economic space, require special care for family businesses, whose potential and vision to build multi-generational ventures is the strength of domestic business. Continuing the good practices of the BCC, we want to promote the development, social commitment, values of family businesses, we want to be their voice both in the national and international arena, we want to remain a platform for the exchange of experience, knowledge and business relations, and take care of the best legislative solutions and economic conditions to strengthen their potential and the development of future generations of owners and managers.

 

The Commission's meeting was marked not only by substantive discussions about the family foundation, the definition of a family business, the image of the private family entrepreneur, but also about the need for mediation in succession arrangements.

 

At the end of the meeting, Guests had the opportunity to tour the production hall of a printing plant.
